Gingerbread is the best smell of Christmas... or is it chocolate? Or the Christmas tree? Anyway, in our house Christmas is all about family and the smell of food cooking and things baking; and if there is one thing that my family loves to do, its baking.
So yesterday myself and my mum spent our day making and assembling gingerbread villages using a mixture of templates and freehand.
All you need to create this yourself is:
Gingerbread mix (Homemade)
Boiled sweets
Sprinkles and icing for decoration
Rolling pin
Sharp Knifes
Battery powered tealights
Cake display plate
Sugar for the snow
