Breakfast is one of my favourite meals of the day, after pudding of course! And at this time of year when the mornings are dark and cold there's nothing better than having breakfast already sorted! Which is why Granola is a perfect autumn/winter breakfast.
This recipe makes a batch that will last me around 2 weeks.
I usually have mine with almond milk, fresh fruit and a peppermint tea on the side but you can have yours however you want; milk, yoghurt, berries or even on top of a smoothie bowl that you've seen on Pinterest!
