If you think cold drinks in the cold is a crazy idea, like Henry, then you can always make the hot version instead! The only difference is the cooling stage of your coffee, other than that make exactly the same and add a bit of extra cream to make up for the melting. Enjoy in a large mug or in a take away cup on your way to work in the dark!
