Garlic & Herb fougasse


What else would you do when you go your mums for the day, other than cook two types of bread just for fun?! Bread making is, admittedly, time consuming but like baking a cake it is so rewarding! 

Fougasse is actually a french bread and I love to eat mine with a thick winter soup or, for the summer, ripped into pieces with cheese and charcuterie
